block: Make more block drivers compile-time configurable

This adds configure options to control the following block drivers:

* Bochs
* Cloop
* Dmg
* Qcow (V1)
* Vdi
* Vvfat
* qed
* parallels
* sheepdog

Each of these defaults to being enabled.
