Instead of having a single NodeContext::shutdown member that is used both to
request shutdowns and check if they have been requested, use separate members
for each. Benefits of this change:
1. Should make code a little clearer and easier to search because it is easier
to see which parts of code are triggering shutdowns and which parts are just
checking to see if they were triggered.
2. Makes it possible for init.cpp to specify additional code to run when a
shutdown is requested, like signalling the m_tip_block_cv condition variable.
Motivation for this change was to remove hacky NodeContext argument and
m_tip_block_cv access from the StopRPC function, so StopRPC can just be
concerned with RPC functionality, not other node functionality.

The thread handle is never used by the ChainstateManager, so move it out
and into the node context. Users of the kernel library now no longer
have to manually join the thread when destructing the ChainstateManager.

Start out with a single method isTestChain() that's used by the getblocktemplate RPC.

The key module's functionality is not used by the kernel library, but
currently kernel users are still required to initialize the key module's
`secp256k1_context_sign` global as part of the `kernel::Context` through
`ECC_Start`.

Add NodeContext::shutdown variable and start using it to replace the
kernel::Context::interrupt variable. The latter can't easily be removed right
away but will be removed later in this PR.
Moving the interrupt object from the kernel context to the node context
increases flexibility of the kernel API so it is possible to use multiple
interrupt objects, or avoid creating one if one is not needed. It will also
allow getting rid of the kernel::g_context global later in this PR, replacing
it with a private SignalInterrupt instance in init.cpp
There is no change in behavior in this commit outside of unit tests. In unit
tests there should be no visible change either, but internally now each test
has its own interrupt variable so the variable will be automatically reset
between tests.

The goal here is to group indexes, so we can perform the same
initialization and verification process equally for all of them.
The checks performed inside `StartIndexes` will be expanded
in the subsequent commits.

It seems odd to return `EXIT_SUCCESS` when the node aborted
execution due a fatal internal error or any post-init problem
that triggers an unrequested shutdown.
e.g. blocks or coins db I/O errors, disconnect block failure,
failure during thread import (external blocks loading process
error), among others.

This commit is part of the libbitcoinkernel project and seeks to remove
the ChainstateManager's and, more generally, the kernel library's
dependency on interface_ui with options methods in this and the following
few commits. By removing interface_ui from the kernel library, its
dependency on boost is reduced to just boost::multi_index.
Define a new kernel notification class with virtual methods for
notifying about internal kernel events. Create a new file in the node
library for defining a function creating the default set of notification
methods such that these do not need to be re-defined all over the
codebase. As a first step, add a `blockTip` method, wrapping
`uiInterface.NotifyBlockTip`.

netgroupman does not currently do anything, but will have functionality added in future commits.

Add bitcoin-node startup code to let it spawn and be spawned by other
processes
|

node.context owns the CAddrMan. CConnman holds a reference to
the CAddrMan.
|

This moves the CBlockPolicyEstimator to the NodeContext, which get rids
of two globals and allows us to conditionally create the
CBlockPolicyEstimator (and to remove a circular dep).

PeerLogicValidation was originally net_processing's implementation to
the validation interface. It has since grown to contain much of
net_processing's logic. Therefore rename it to reflect its
responsibilities.

Add WalletClient interface so node interface is cleaner and don't need
wallet-specific methods.
The new NodeContext::wallet_client pointer will also be needed to eliminate
global wallet variables like ::vpwallets, because createWallet(), loadWallet(),
getWallets(), etc methods called by the GUI need a way to get a reference to
the list of open wallets if it is no longer a global variable.
Also tweaks splash screen registration for load wallet events to be delayed
until after wallet client is created.

Currently it is an alias to the global ::mempool and should be used as
follows.
* Node code (validation and transaction relay) can use either ::mempool
or node.mempool, whichever seems a better fit.
* RPC code should use the added convenience getter EnsureMempool, which
makes sure the mempool exists before use. This prepares the RPC code
to a future where the mempool might be disabled at runtime or compile
time.
* Test code should use m_node.mempool directly, as the mempool is always
initialized for tests.
