  Resolves build failures under Python 3.12:

  `imp` was removed in 3.12: https://docs.python.org/3/library/imp.html.

  It's not clear if a 23.3 will be released, as 23.x goes [EOL 01-12-2023](https://bitcoincore.org/en/lifecycle/#schedule).
