[Qt] simplify ban list signal handling
- remove banListChanged signal from client model
- directly call clientModel->getBanTableModel()->refresh() without the way
over clientModel->updateBanlist()
- also fix clearing peer detail window, when selecting (clicking)
peers in the ban list
