fixed: Limit roman numeral TV miniseries regex to 1-39 to avoid matching divx/xvid (thx jm)
removed: Check that each decimal place-value is represented by only one group of roman numerals and that they descend. This sacrifices strictness for completeness since the test isn't quite right. XIX was rejected, LXL is now accepted, both allowed IXX. A proper fix is in the works.
