sftp-kio_slave provides the sftp kio_slave.  

Kioslaves (KDE Input/Output slaves) are protocols that enables us to handle 
remote file systems, work with audio CDs or digital cameras, manage printers 
and e-mails, read documentation, etcetera.

This requires libssh.
