zuluplay (fork for tcplay)

zuluplay is a fork for tcplay[1] (the fork of the original tcplay[2]
with support for VeraCrypt volumes) to add functionality missing in
the upstream version.

NOTE: zuluplay adds the ability to create truecrypt compatible
encrypted containers.
