+ChmSee is an HTML Help viewer for Unix/Linux.
+
+It is based on CHMLIB and use GTK+ as its frontend toolkit. Because of
+using gecko HTML rendering engine, ChmSee can support rich features of
+modern HTML page, specially CSS.
+
+This requires xulrunner.
