libraries/libvdpau-va-gl: New maintainer + cleanup
Marcel has given up maintenance of his scripts.
Update the github download link to include the package name in the
tarball.
Remove the /etc/profile.d scripts in favor of editing existing
/etc/profile.d scripts, to avoid conflicts. See the README.
