| Add gradient filter and JPEG compression with an heuristic to detect how lossy the comppression will be. This code has been adapted from libvncserver/tight.c. JPEG support can be enabled/disabled at compile time with --enable-vnc-jpeg and --disable-vnc-jpeg.
