2020-07-28	iotests: Test convert to qcow2 compressed to NBD	Nir Soffer
	Add test for "qemu-img convert -O qcow2 -c" to NBD target. The tests create a OVA file and write compressed qcow2 disk content directly into the OVA file via qemu-nbd.
