Test that qemu-img check reports the number of leaks and corruptions
fixed in its JSON report (after a successful run).
While touching the _unsupported_imgopts line, adjust the note on why
data_file does not work with this test: The current comment sounds a bit
like it is a mistake for qemu-img check not to check external data
files' refcounts. But there are no such refcounts, so it is no mistake.
Just say that qemu-img check does not do much for external data files,
and this is why this test does not work with them.

Tests should not overwrite all user-supplied image options, but only add
to it (which will effectively overwrite conflicting values). Accomplish
this by passing options to _make_test_img via -o instead of $IMGOPTS.
For some tests, there is no functional change because they already only
appended options to IMGOPTS. For these, this patch is just a
simplification.
For others, this is a change, so they now heed user-specified $IMGOPTS.
Some of those tests do not work with all image options, though, so we
need to disable them accordingly.

Probably due to blind copy-pasting, we have several instances of "qocw2"
in our iotests. Fix them.

qcow2_inc_refcounts_imrt() (through realloc_refcount_array()) can eat
an unpredictable amount of memory on corrupted table entries, which are
referencing regions far beyond the end of file.
Prevent this, by skipping such regions from further processing.
Interesting that iotest 138 checks exactly the behavior which we fix
here. So, change the test appropriately.

Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.
Patch created mechanically by running:
$ git grep -lE '#! ?/bin/bash' -- tests/qemu-iotests \
| while read f; do \
sed -i 's|^#!.\?/bin/bash$|#!/usr/bin/env bash|' $f; \
done

Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests
has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.
sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)

The previous commit removed the last usage of ${tmp} inside the tests
themselves; the only remaining users are sourced by check. So we can now
drop this variable from the tests.
