This tests that the backup job catches situations where the target node
has a different size than the source node. It must also forbid resize
operations when the job is already running.

target format and mode.

This patch adds tests for sync modes top and none. Test for 'TOP'
is separated out as it requires a backing file. Also added a test
for invalid format.
