2017-10-16tests: use g_new() family of functionsMarc-André Lureau

2017-04-26libqtest: Add a generic function to run a callback function for every machineThomas Huth
Some tests need to run single tests for every available machine of the current QEMU binary. To avoid code duplication, let's extract this code that deals with 'query-machines' into a separate function. 2016-09-08tests: pc-cpu-test leaks fixesMarc-André Lureau
The path is allocated and should be freed. The qmp response should be unref, but then 'machine' must be duplicated. Use a destroy function for the PCTestData. Signed-off-by: Marc-André Lureau <marcandre.lureau@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Eric Blake <eblake@redhat.com>

2015-06-19tests: Use qtest_add_data_func() consistentlyAndreas Färber
Replace uses of g_test_add_data_func() for QTest test cases. It is still valid to use it for any non-QTest test cases, which are not run for multiple target binaries. 2015-03-17tests: Add PC CPU testAndreas Färber
Test non-default -smp core and thread counts and a non-default CPU model on all PC machines except for isapc. Note that not all historic versions actually supported this particular configuration, ignored for simplicity. For machines pc-*-1.5+ test QMP cpu-add with monotonically increasing ID, and test for graceful failure otherwise.
