This change adds a new DSDT golden master table blob to test disabling
hotplug on both pci root bus and pci bridges. Also reverts the change
in file bios-tables-test-allowed-diff.h to make sure its now empty so that
future modifications to acpi tables can be caught.
The following is the disassembled diff between DSDT.hpbridge and DSDT.hpbrroot:

In the previously applied commit ("piix4: don't reserve hw resources when
hotplug is off globally"), we make changes to the ACPI DSDT tables
such that some ACPI code are not generated when bsel is absent. Since
as of this point in time, in q35 machines, we do not use bsel for pci
buses, we need to update the DSDT table blobs.
This patch updates the DSDT golden master tables for q35 machines.
At the same time, we clear bios-tables-test-allowed-diff.h for future
changes which update tables.
Following is a typical diff between the q35 acpi DSDT table blobs:

This patch adds a binary blob corresponding to the DSDT acpi table. It is used
to unit test the flag 'acpi-pci-hotplug-with-bridge-support' used with pci

This change also clears the file tests/qtest/bios-tables-test-allowed-diff.h
so that future changes which affect the table can be caught.

here is diff against tests/data/acpi/q35/DSDT
for currently shipped ovmf binary.
(once firmware blob is updated, it will negotiate CPU hotplug
feature which will ad extra hunk sending SMI and Q35 tests will
need to be updated), but otherwise diff shows new CPU hotplug
AML that is shared between q35 and pc machines.

The NVDIMM_ACPI_MEM_ADDR dword in "virt/SSDT.memhp" needs an update due to
the firmware now allocating NVDIMM_DSM_MEM_FILE at a lower address.

Per the ACPI spec (version 6.1, section 6.1.5 _HID) it is not required
on enumerated buses (like PCI in this case), _ADR is required (and is
already there). And the _HID value is wrong. Linux appears to ignore
the _HID entry, but Windows 10 detects it as 'Unknown Device' and there
is no driver available. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/+bug/1856724

ACPI table HMAT has been introduced, QEMU now builds HMAT tables for
Heterogeneous Memory with boot option '-numa node'.
Add test cases on PC and Q35 machines with 2 numa nodes.
Because HMAT is generated when system enable numa, the
following tables need to be added for this test:
tests/data/acpi/pc/APIC.acpihmat
tests/data/acpi/pc/SRAT.acpihmat
tests/data/acpi/pc/HMAT.acpihmat
tests/data/acpi/pc/DSDT.acpihmat
tests/data/acpi/q35/APIC.acpihmat
tests/data/acpi/q35/SRAT.acpihmat
tests/data/acpi/q35/HMAT.acpihmat
tests/data/acpi/q35/DSDT.acpihmat

After the introduction of generic PCIe root port and PCIe-PCI bridge,
we will also have SHPC controller on ARM, so just enable SHPC native
hot plug.
Also update tests/data/acpi/virt/DSDT* to pass "make check".

The last argument of AML bit and/or statement is the target variable,
so we don't need to use a NULL target and then an additional store
operation; using just aml_and() or aml_or() statement is enough.
Also update tests/data/acpi/virt/DSDT* to pass "make check".

This is so I2C devices can be found in the ACPI namespace. Currently
that's only IPMI, but devices can be easily added now.
Adding the devices required some PCI information, and the bus itself
to be added to the PCMachineState structure.
Note that this only works on Q35, the ACPI for PIIX4 is not capable
of handling an SMBus device.

Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.
