Similar to hw_arch, each architecture defines two sourceset which are placed in
dictionaries target_arch and target_softmmu_arch. These are then picked up
from there when building the per-emulator static_library.

This patch adds support for libgloss semihosting to Nios II bare-metal
emulation. The specification for the protocol can be found in the
libgloss sources.

Add support for emulating Altera NiosII R1 architecture into qemu.
This patch is based on previous work by Chris Wulff from 2012 and
updated to latest mainline QEMU.
