2014-06-05softmmu: introduce cpu_ldst.hPaolo Bonzini
This will collect all load and store helpers soon. For now it is just a replacement for softmmu_exec.h, which this patch stops including directly, but we also include it where this will be necessary in order to simplify the next patch. target_phys_addr_t is unwieldly, violates the C standard (_t suffixes are reserved) and its purpose doesn't match the name (most target_phys_addr_t addresses are not target specific).
