In the next patches we are going to add FreeBSD support for QEMU Guest
Agent. In the result, code in commands-posix.c will be too cumbersome.
Move Linux-specific FS freeze/thaw code to a separate file commands-linux.c
keeping common POSIX code in commands-posix.c.

This removes the dependency of dbus-display on --enable-modules. It also allows
cleanups in modinfo collection and allows moving C++ compiler detection to
meson.build.
Because it is now deprecated to use install_subdir to create an empty directory,
replace it with install_emptydir.
Updating the Meson submodule to 0.61.5 also removes the message
WARNING: Broken python installation detected. Python files installed
by Meson might not be found by python interpreter.
unless using system meson is forced with --meson.

The function will return the build root of the parent project if called from a
subproject; that is irrelevant for QEMU's usage but rarely desirable, and
therefore the function was deprecated and replaced by two functions
project_build_root() and global_build_root(). Replace it with the former.

QGA calls qemu_open_old() in various places. Calling qemu_open() instead
isn't a great alternative, as it has special "/dev/fdset" handling and
depends on QEMU internal monitor data structures.
Instead, provide a simple helper for QGA needs, with Error* support. The
following patches will make use of it.

The header has been part of MinGW-w64 since the introduction of the
project (2007). While on MinGW(32), the legacy project, it was imported
in 2014 from w32api-3.17 (commit e4803e0da2).

building with MinGW-w64 (from Debian/Fedora).

The VSS headers are part of standard MS VS SDK, at least since version
15, and probably before that.
They are also included with MinGW, although currently broken.
Let's streamline a bit the options, by not making it so special, and
instead rely on proper system headers configuration or user
--extra-cxxflags. This still requires some extra step to cross-build
with MinGW as described in the meson.build file now.

We don't generate trace events for tests/ and qga/ because that it is
not simple and not necessary. We have corresponding comments in both
tests/meson.build and qga/meson.build.
Still to not miss possible future qapi code generation call, and not to
forget to enable trace events generation, let's enable it by default.
So, turn option --gen-trace into opposite --no-trace-events and use new
option only in tests/ and qga/ where we already have good comments why
we don't generate trace events code.
Note that this commit enables trace-events generation for qapi-gen.py
call from tests/qapi-schema/meson.build and storage-daemon/meson.build.
Still, both are kind of noop: tests/qapi-schema/ doesn't seem to
generate any QMP command code and no .trace-events files anyway,
storage-daemon/ uses common QMP command implementations and just
generate empty .trace-events

Making trace generation work for tests/ and qga/ would involve some
Meson hackery to ensure we generate the trace-events files before
trace-tool uses them. Since we don't actually support tracing there
anyway, we bypass that problem.
Let's add corresponding comments.

Add new commands to add and remove SSH public keys from
~/.ssh/authorized_keys.
I took a different approach for testing, including the unit tests right
with the code. I wanted to overwrite the function to get the user
details, I couldn't easily do that over QMP. Furthermore, I prefer
having unit tests very close to the code, and unit files that are domain
specific (commands-posix is too crowded already). FWIW, that
coding/testing style is Rust-style (where tests can or should even be
part of the documentation!).

Convert qemu-ga-ref to rST format. This includes dropping
the plain-text, pdf and info format outputs for this document;
as with all our other Sphinx-based documentation, we provide
HTML and manpage only.
The qemu-ga-ref.rst is somewhat more stripped down than
the .texi was, because we do not (currently) attempt to
generate indexes for the commands, events and data types
being documented.
As the GA ref is now part of the Sphinx 'interop' manual,
we can delete the direct link from index.html.in.
