The QERR_ macros are leftovers from the days of "rich" error objects.
QERR_QMP_BAD_INPUT_OBJECT, QERR_QMP_BAD_INPUT_OBJECT_MEMBER,
QERR_QMP_EXTRA_MEMBER are used in just one place now, except for one
use that has crept into qobject-input-visitor.c.
Drop these macros, to make the (bad) error messages more visible.

qmp_check_input_obj() duplicates qmp_dispatch_check_obj(), except the
latter screws up an error message. handle_qmp_command() runs first
the former, then the latter via qmp_dispatch(), masking the screwup.
qemu-ga also masks the screwup, because it also duplicates checks,
just differently.
qmp_check_input_obj() exists because handle_qmp_command() needs to
examine the command before dispatching it. The previous commit got
rid of this need, except for a tracepoint, and a bit of "id" code that
relies on qdict not being null.
Fix up the error message in qmp_dispatch_check_obj(), drop
qmp_check_input_obj() and the tracepoint. Protect the "id" code with
a conditional.

The value of key 'arguments' must be a JSON object. qemu-ga neglects
to check, and crashes. To reproduce, send
{ 'execute': 'guest-sync', 'arguments': [] }
to qemu-ga.
do_qmp_dispatch() uses qdict_get_qdict() to get the arguments. When
not a JSON object, this gets a null pointer, which flows through the
generated marshalling function to qobject_input_visitor_new(), where
it fails the assertion. qmp_dispatch_check_obj() needs to catch this
error.
QEMU isn't affected, because it runs qmp_check_input_obj() first,
which basically duplicates qmp_dispatch_check_obj()'s checks, plus the
missing one.
Fix by copying the missing one from qmp_check_input_obj() to
qmp_dispatch_check_obj().

'qjson.h' is not a QObject subtype; include this file directly in
.c files that are using it, rather than abusing qmp/types.h for
that purpose.
Meanwhile, for files that include a list of individual QObject
subtypes, it's easier to just use qmp/types.h for that purpose.

Commit 57cb38b included qapi/error.h into qemu/osdep.h to get the
Error typedef. Since then, we've moved to include qemu/osdep.h
everywhere. Its file comment explains: "To avoid getting into
possible circular include dependencies, this file should not include
any other QEMU headers, with the exceptions of config-host.h,
compiler.h, os-posix.h and os-win32.h, all of which are doing a
similar job to this file and are under similar constraints."
qapi/error.h doesn't do a similar job, and it doesn't adhere to
similar constraints: it includes qapi-types.h. That's in excess of
100KiB of crap most .c files don't actually need.
Add the typedef to qemu/typedefs.h, and include that instead of
qapi/error.h. Include qapi/error.h in .c files that need it and don't
get it now. Include qapi-types.h in qom/object.h for uint16List.
Update scripts/clean-includes accordingly. Update it further to match
reality: replace config.h by config-target.h, add sysemu/os-posix.h,
sysemu/os-win32.h. Update the list of includes in the qemu/osdep.h
comment quoted above similarly.
This reduces the number of objects depending on qapi/error.h from "all
of them" to less than a third. Unfortunately, the number depending on
qapi-types.h shrinks only a little. More work is needed for that one.

The qapi enum ErrorClass is unusual that it uses 'CamelCase' names,
contrary to our documented convention of preferring 'lower-case'.
However, this enum is entrenched in the API; we cannot change
what strings QMP outputs. Meanwhile, we want to simplify how
c_enum_const() is used to generate enum constants, by moving away
from the heuristics of camel_to_upper() to a more straightforward
c_name(N).upper() - but doing so will rename all of the ErrorClass
constants and cause churn to all client files, where the new names
are aesthetically less pleasing (ERROR_CLASS_DEVICENOTFOUND looks
like we can't make up our minds on whether to break between words).
So as always in computer science, solve the problem by some more
indirection: rename the qapi type to QapiErrorClass, and add a
new enum ErrorClass in error.h whose members are aliases of the
qapi type, but with the spelling expected elsewhere in the tree.
Then, when c_enum_const() changes the munging, we only have to
adjust the one alias spot.

These macros expand into error class enumeration constant, comma,
string. Unclean. Has been that way since commit 13f59ae.
The error class is always ERROR_CLASS_GENERIC_ERROR since the previous
commit.
Clean up as follows:
* Prepend every use of a QERR_ macro by ERROR_CLASS_GENERIC_ERROR, and
delete it from the QERR_ macro. No change after preprocessing.
* Rewrite error_set(ERROR_CLASS_GENERIC_ERROR, ...) into
error_setg(...). Again, no change after preprocessing.

Using error_is_set(ERRP) to find out whether a function failed is
either wrong, fragile, or unnecessarily opaque. It's wrong when ERRP
may be null, because errors go undetected when it is. It's fragile
when proving ERRP non-null involves a non-local argument. Else, it's
unnecessarily opaque (see commit 84d18f0).
The error_is_set(errp) in do_qmp_dispatch() is merely fragile, because
the caller never passes a null errp argument.
Make the code more robust and more obviously correct: receive the
error in a local variable, then propagate it through the parameter.

do_qmp_dispatch()'s test for qmp_dispatch_check_obj() failure examines
both the return value and the error object. The latter part is
unclean; it works only when do_qmp_dispatch()'s caller passes a
non-null errp argument. That's the case, but it's not locally
obvious. Unclean.
Cleanup would be easy enough, but since the unclean code is also
redundant, let's just drop it.

IMPORTANT: this BREAKS qemu-ga compatibility for the error response.
Instead of returning something like:
{ "error": { "class": "InvalidParameterValue",
"data": {"name": "mode", "expected": "halt|powerdown|reboot" } } }
qemu-ga now returns:
{ "error": { "class": "GenericError",
"desc": "Parameter 'mode' expects halt|powerdown|reboot" } }
Notice that this is also a bug fix, as qemu-ga wasn't returning the
human message.

Options allow for changes in commands behavior. This commit introduces
the QCO_NO_SUCCESS_RESP option, which causes a command to not emit a
success response.
This is needed by commands such as qemu-ga's guest-shutdown, which
may not be able to complete before the VM vanishes. In this case, it's
useful and simpler not to bother sending a success response.

This adds a command-line option, -b/--blacklist, that accepts a
comma-seperated list of RPCs to disable, or prints a list of
available RPCs if passed "?".
In consequence this also adds general blacklisting and RPC listing
facilities to the new QMP dispatch/registry facilities, should the
QMP monitor ever have a need for such a thing.
Ideally, to avoid support/compatability issues in the future,
blacklisting guest agent functionality will be the exceptional
case, but we add the functionality here to handle guest administrators
with specific requirements.

Given an object recieved via QMP, this code uses the dispatch table
provided by qmp_registry.c to call the corresponding marshalling/dispatch
function and format return values/errors for delivery to the QMP.
Currently only synchronous QMP functions are supported, but this will
also be used for async QMP functions and QMP guest proxy dispatch as
well.
