2017-06-02char: move CharBackend handling in char-fe unitMarc-André Lureau
Move all the frontend struct and methods to a seperate unit. This avoids accidentally mixing backend and frontend calls, and helps with readabilty. Make qemu_chr_replay() a macro shared by both char and char-fe. Store the property in a CharBackend instead of CharDriverState*. This also replace systematically chr by chr.chr to access the CharDriverState*. Since commit b6607a1a204d, serial_hds_isa_init() was introduced to factor out serial_isa_init() loops. However, sun4uv shouldn't start from 0 when there is a mm serial on 0 already. Add a "from" argument to serial_hds_isa_init(). 2013-04-08hw: move headers to include/Paolo Bonzini
Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification. Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target. However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
