This patch tackles all files that are compiled once, moving
them to subdirectories of hw/.

Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification.
Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending
on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target.
However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.

Decouple DisplaySurface allocation & deallocation from DisplayState.
Replace dpy_gfx_resize + dpy_gfx_setdata with a dpy_gfx_replace_surface
function.
This handles the graphic hardware emulation.

Done with this script:
cd hw
for i in `find . -name '*.h' | sed 's/^..//'`; do
echo '\,^#.*include.*["<]'$i'[">], s,'$i',hw/&,'
done | sed -i -f - `find . -type f`
This is so that paths remain valid as files are moved.
Instead, files in hw/dataplane are referenced with the relative path.
We know they are not going to move to include/, and they are the only
include files that are in subdirectories _and_ move.

In case host and guest endianness differ the vga code first creates
a shared surface (using qemu_create_displaysurface_from), then goes
patch the surface format to indicate that the bytes must be swapped.
The switch to pixman broke that hack as the format patching isn't
propagated into the pixman image, so ui code using the pixman image
directly (such as vnc) uses the wrong format.
Fix that by adding a byteswap parameter to
qemu_create_displaysurface_from, so we'll use the correct format
when creating the surface (and the pixman image) and don't have
to patch the format afterwards.

Console cleanup series renamed dpy_resize and dpy_update all over the
tree, but hw/xenfb.c was forgotten. Update it too so it builds again.

Because xs.h will be remove in future release of Xen, this patch removes the
extra includes of this headers.
Also, it removes the extra includes of xenctrl.h and xen/io/xenbus.h as there
already are in xen_common.h.

Ensure that we read "request-abs-pointer" after the frontend has written
it. This means that we will correctly set up an ansolute or relative
pointer handler correctly.

Rename the existing xendev 'connect' op to 'initialised' and introduce
a new 'connected' op. This new op, if defined, is called when the
backend is connected. Note that since there is no state transition this
may be called more than once.

Register the vkbd backend even when running as device emulator for HVM
guests: it is useful because it doesn't need a frequent timer like usb.
Check whether the XenInput DisplayState has been set in the initialise
state, rather than the input state.
In case the DisplayState hasn't been set and there is no vfb for this
domain, then set the XenInput DisplayState to the default one.
Changed in v2:
- use qemu_free instead of free;

Just tell main_loop_wait whether to be blocking or nonblocking, so that
there is no need to call qemu_cpus_have_work from the timer subsystem.
Instead, tcg_cpu_exec can say "we want the main loop not to block because
we have stuff to do".

This patch adds a frsamebuffer (and kbd+mouse) backend driver. It
it based on current xen-unstable code. It has been changed to make
use of the common backend driver code. It also has been changed to
compile with xen headers older than release 3.3
