This patch tackles all files that are compiled once, moving
them to subdirectories of hw/.

Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification.
Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending
on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target.
However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.

Done with this script:
cd hw
for i in `find . -name '*.h' | sed 's/^..//'`; do
echo '\,^#.*include.*["<]'$i'[">], s,'$i',hw/&,'
done | sed -i -f - `find . -type f`
This is so that paths remain valid as files are moved.
Instead, files in hw/dataplane are referenced with the relative path.
We know they are not going to move to include/, and they are the only
include files that are in subdirectories _and_ move.

VLANState has been removed since commit a005d07, so "vlan id" should be
fetched using net_hub_id_for_client().

First offender is xen_config_dev_blk()'s use of disk->bdrv->filename.
Get the filename from disk->opts instead. Same result, except for
snapshots: there, we now get the filename specified by the user
instead of the name of the temporary image created by bdrv_open().
Should be an improvement.
Second offender is blk_init()'s use of blkdev->bs->drv->format_name.
Simply use the appropriate interface to get the format name.

A "top" BlockDriverState has a non-empty device_name. If the user
doesn't specify one with -drive parameter id, the system supplies a
default name.
xen_config_dev_blk() changes this name, during machine initialization.
Naughty. Don't do that.

Drop the open-coded MAC assignment from net_init_nic and replace it with
standard qemu_macaddr_default_if_unset which is also used by qdev. That
avoid creating colliding MACs when instantiating NICs via different
mechanisms.
This change requires to store the MAC as MACAddr in NICInfo, and the
remaining nd_table users need to be updated.
Based on suggestion by Peter Maydell.

DriveInfo is closely tied to -drive, and like -drive, it mixes
information about host and guest part of the block device. Unlike
DriveInfo, BlockDriverState should be about the host part only.
One of the remaining guest bits there is the "type hint". -drive
option media sets it, and qdevs "ide-drive", "scsi-disk" and non-qdev
IF_XEN devices check it to pick HD vs. CD.
Communicate -drive option media via new DriveInfo member media_cd
instead.

Changing block.h or blockdev.h resulted in recompiling most objects.
Move DriveInfo typedef and BlockInterfaceType enum definitions
to qemu-common.h and rearrange blockdev.h use to decrease churn.

This reverts commit d7234f4d7e373a708e1df9ab565a71b71b189025.
Conflicts:
hw/xen_machine_pv.c
This should have never been committed.

All of these users have global state so we really don't see a benefit from
exit_notifier. However, using exit_notifier means that there's one less
justification for having global state in the first place.

Problem: Our file sys-queue.h is a copy of the BSD file, but there are
some additions and it's not entirely compatible. Because of that, there have
been conflicts with system headers on BSD systems. Some hacks have been
introduced in the commits 15cc9235840a22c289edbe064a9b3c19c5f49896,
f40d753718c72693c5f520f0d9899f6e50395e94,

3990d09adf4463eca200ad964cc55643c33feb50 but the fixes were fragile.
Solution: Avoid the conflict entirely by renaming the functions and the
file. Revert the previous hacks.

This adds domain building support for paravirtual domains to qemu.
This allows booting xen guests directly with qemu, without Xend
and the management stack.

This patch makes qemu create backend and frontend device entries in
xenstore for devices configured on the command line. It will use
qdisk and qnic backend names, so the qemu internal backends will
be used.
Disks can be created using -drive if=xen,file=...
Nics can be created using -net nic,macaddr=...
