This patch adds the SPI controller for the BCM2835. Polling and interrupt modes
of transfer are supported. DMA and LoSSI modes are currently unimplemented.

This adds the SiFive SPI controller model for the FU540 SoC.
The direct memory-mapped SPI flash mode is unsupported.

The Kconfig files were generated mostly with this script:

Whenever a symbol is referenced from multiple subdirectories, the
script prints the list of directories that reference the symbol.
These symbols have to be added manually to the Kconfig files.
Kconfig.host and hw/Kconfig were created manually.
