2014-05-20s390x/virtio-ccw: wire up irq routing and irqfdsCornelia Huck
Make use of the new s390 adapter irq routing support to enable real in-kernel irqfds for virtio-ccw with adapter interrupts. Note that s390 doesn't provide the common KVM_CAP_IRQCHIP capability, but rather needs KVM_CAP_S390_IRQCHIP to be enabled. This is to ensure backward compatibility. 2014-05-20s390x/virtio-ccw: reference-counted indicatorsCornelia Huck
Make code using the same indicators point to a single allocated structure that is freed when the last user goes away. This will be used by the irqfd code to unmap addresses after the last user is gone. 2014-03-05s390x/virtio-ccw: Adapter interrupt support.Cornelia Huck
Handle the new CCW_CMD_SET_IND_ADAPTER command enabling adapter interrupts on guest request. When active, host->guest notifications will be handled via global_indicator -> queue indicators instead of queue indicators + subchannel I/O interrupt. Indicators for virtqueues may be present at an offset. Acked-by: Christian Borntraeger <borntraeger@de.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Cornelia Huck <cornelia.huck@de.ibm.com>

2013-06-25virtio-ccw: Wire up guest and host notifies.Cornelia Huck
Guest and host notifiers are needed by vhost. We use ioeventfds for the guest notifiers, but need to fall back on qemu injecting interrupts for the host notifiers. Signed-off-by: Cornelia Huck <cornelia.huck@de.ibm.com>

2013-04-08hw: move headers to include/Paolo Bonzini
Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification. Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target. However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
