2019-09-12migration: register_savevm_live doesn't need devDr. David Alan Gilbert
Commit 78dd48df3 removed the last caller of register_savevm_live for an instantiable device (rather than a single system wide device); so trim out the parameter. 2019-08-16Include hw/boards.h a bit lessMarkus Armbruster
hw/boards.h pulls in almost 60 headers. The less we include it into headers, the better. As a first step, drop superfluous inclusions, and downgrade some more to what's actually needed. Gets rid of just one inclusion into a header. 2018-07-11s390x/storage attributes: fix CMMA_BLOCK_SIZE usageClaudio Imbrenda
The macro CMMA_BLOCK_SIZE was defined but not used, and a hardcoded value was instead used in the code. This patch fixes the value of CMMA_BLOCK_SIZE and uses it in the appropriate place in the code, and fixes another case of hardcoded value in the KVM backend, replacing it with the more appropriate constant KVM_S390_CMMA_SIZE_MAX. 2018-07-02hw/s390x: Use the IEC binary prefix definitionsPhilippe Mathieu-Daudé
It eases code review, unit is explicit. Patch generated using: $ git grep -E '(1024|2048|4096|8192|(<<|>>).?(10|20|30))' hw/ include/hw/ and modified manually. 2018-02-09Include qapi/qmp/qdict.h exactly where neededMarkus Armbruster
This cleanup makes the number of objects depending on qapi/qmp/qdict.h drop from 4550 (out of 4743) to 368 in my "build everything" tree. For qapi/qmp/qobject.h, the number drops from 4552 to 390. While there, separate #include from file comment with a blank line. 2017-08-30s390x/s390-stattrib: Mark the storage attribute as not user_creatableThomas Huth
The storage attribute devices are only meant to be instantiated one time, internally. They can not be used by the user, so mark them with user_creatable = false.
