2012-06-04milkymist: Store LM32 in ResetInfoAndreas Färber
Allows us to use cpu_reset() in place of cpu_state_reset() in main_cpu_reset(). Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <afaerber@suse.de> Acked-by: Michael Walle <michael@walle.cc>
2012-06-04milkymist: Use cpu_lm32_init() to obtain LM32CPUAndreas Färber
Needed for main_cpu_reset(). Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <afaerber@suse.de> Acked-by: Michael Walle <michael@walle.cc>
2012-03-14lm32 hw/: Don't use CPUStateAndreas Färber
Scripted conversion: for file in hw/lm32_boards.c hw/milkymist.c; do sed -i "s/CPUState/CPULM32State/g" $file done Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <afaerber@suse.de> Acked-by: Anthony Liguori <aliguori@us.ibm.com>
2012-03-14Rename cpu_reset() to cpu_state_reset()Andreas Färber
Frees the identifier cpu_reset for QOM CPUs (manual rename). Don't hide the parameter type behind explicit casts, use static functions with strongly typed argument to indirect. Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <afaerber@suse.de> Reviewed-by: Anthony Liguori <aliguori@us.ibm.com>
2012-01-04vmstate, memory: decouple vmstate from memory APIAvi Kivity
Currently creating a memory region automatically registers it for live migration. This differs from other state (which is enumerated in a VMStateDescription structure) and ties the live migration code into the memory core. Decouple the two by introducing a separate API, vmstate_register_ram(), for registering a RAM block for migration. Currently the same implementation is reused, but later it can be moved into a separate list, and registrations can be moved to VMStateDescription blocks. Signed-off-by: Avi Kivity <avi@redhat.com>
2011-10-03milkymist: new interrupt mapMichael Walle
Due to the new uart core version the interrupt mapping has changed. Signed-off-by: Michael Walle <michael@walle.cc>
2011-10-03milkymist_uart: support new core versionMichael Walle
The new version of the uart core introduces status and control bits. Signed-off-by: Michael Walle <michael@walle.cc>

2011-09-04pflash_cfi01/pflash_cfi02: convert to memory APIAvi Kivity
cfi02 is annoying in that is ignores some address bits; we probably want explicit support in the memory API for that. In order to get the correct opaque into the MemoryRegion object, the allocation scheme is changed so that the flash emulation code allocates memory, instead of the caller. This clears a FIXME in the flash code. Signed-off-by: Avi Kivity <avi@redhat.com>
2011-08-25Revert "Merge remote-tracking branch 'qemu-kvm/memory/batch' into staging"Anthony Liguori
This reverts commit 8ef9ea85a2cc1007eaefa53e6871f1f83bcef22d, reversing changes made to 444dc48298c480e42e15a8fe676be737d8a6b2a1. From Avi: Please revert the entire pull (git revert 8ef9ea85a2cc1) while I work this out - it isn't trivial. Signed-off-by: Anthony Liguori <aliguori@us.ibm.com>

2011-05-03lm32: add Milkymist Minimac2 supportMichael Walle
This patch adds support for Milkymist's minimal Ethernet MAC v2. It superseds minimac1. Signed-off-by: Michael Walle <michael@walle.cc> Signed-off-by: Edgar E. Iglesias <edgar.iglesias@gmail.com>
2011-04-04lm32: add support for the Milkymist boardMichael Walle
This patch adds almost complete support for the Milkymist system-on-chip (http://www.milkymist.org). Additional to running bare metal applications, booting a linux kernel with initrd is supported.
