Commit af7d64ede0b9 (hw/arm/sysbus-fdt: Allow device matching with DT
compatible value) introduced a match_fn callback which gets called
for each registered combo to check whether a sysbus device can be
dynamically instantiated. However the callback gets called even if
the device type does not match the binding combo typename field.
This causes an assert when passing "-device ramfb" to the qemu
command line as vfio_platform_match() gets called on a non
vfio-platform device.
To fix this regression, let's change the add_fdt_node() logic so
that we first check the type and if the match_fn callback is defined,
then we also call it.
Binding combos only requesting a type check do not define the
match_fn callback.

Up to now we have relied on the device type to identify a device tree
node creation function. Since we would like the vfio-platform device to
be instantiable with different compatible strings we introduce the
capability to specialize the node creation depending on actual
compatible value.
NodeCreationPair is renamed into BindingEntry. The struct is enhanced
with compat and match_fn() fields. We introduce a new matching function
adapted to the vfio-platform generic device.
Soon, the AMD XGBE can be instantiated with either manner, i.e.:
-device vfio-amd-xgbe,host=e0900000.xgmac
or using the new option line:
-device vfio-platform,host=e0900000.xgmac

When copy_properties_from_host() ignores the error for an optional
property, it frees the error, but fails to reset it.
Hence if two or more optional properties are missing, an assertion is
triggered:
util/error.c:57: error_setv: Assertion `*errp == NULL' failed.
Fis this by resetting err to NULL after ignoring the error.

Use error_report() + exit() instead of error_setg(&error_fatal),
as suggested by the "qapi/error.h" documentation:
Please don't error_setg(&error_fatal, ...), use error_report() and
exit(), because that's more obvious.
This fixes CID 1352173:
"Passing null pointer dt_name to qemu_fdt_node_path, which dereferences it."
And this also fixes:

load_dtb() depends on arm_load_kernel() to figure out place
in RAM where it should be loaded, but it's not required for
arm_load_kernel() to work. Sometimes it's neccesary for
devices added with -device/device_add to be enumerated in
DTB as well, which's lead to [1] and surrounding commits to
add 2 more machine_done notifiers with non obvious ordering
to make dynamic sysbus devices initialization happen in
the right order.
However instead of moving whole arm_load_kernel() in to
machine_done, it's sufficient to move only load_dtb() into
virt_machine_done() notifier and remove ArmLoadKernelNotifier/
/PlatformBusFDTNotifierParams notifiers, which saves us ~90LOC
and simplifies code flow quite a bit.
Later would allow to consolidate DTB generation within one
function for 'mach-virt' board and make it reentrant so it
could generate updated DTB in device hotplug secenarios.
While at it rename load_dtb() to arm_load_dtb() since it's
public now.
Add additional field skip_dtb_autoload to struct arm_boot_info
to allow manual DTB load later in mach-virt and to avoid touching
all other boards to explicitly call arm_load_dtb().

platform-bus were using machine_done notifier to get and map
(assign irq/mmio resources) dynamically added sysbus devices
after all '-device' options had been processed.
That however creates non obvious dependencies on ordering of
machine_done notifiers and requires carefull line juggling
to keep it working. For example see comment above
create_platform_bus() and 'straitforward' arm_load_kernel()
had to converted to machine_done notifier and that lead to
yet another machine_done notifier to keep it working
arm_register_platform_bus_fdt_creator().
Instead of hiding resource assignment in platform-bus-device
to magically initialize sysbus devices, use device plug
callback and assign resources explicitly at board level
at the moment each -device option is being processed.
That adds a bunch of machine declaration boiler plate to
e500plat board, similar to ARM/x86 but gets rid of hidden
machine_done notifier and would allow to remove the dependent
notifiers in ARM code simplifying it and making code flow
easier to follow.

Functions of type FindSysbusDeviceFunc currently return an integer.
However, this return value is always ignored by the caller in
find_sysbus_device().
This changes the function type to return void, to avoid confusion over
the function semantics.

Commit 57cb38b included qapi/error.h into qemu/osdep.h to get the
Error typedef. Since then, we've moved to include qemu/osdep.h
everywhere. Its file comment explains: "To avoid getting into
possible circular include dependencies, this file should not include
any other QEMU headers, with the exceptions of config-host.h,
compiler.h, os-posix.h and os-win32.h, all of which are doing a
similar job to this file and are under similar constraints."
qapi/error.h doesn't do a similar job, and it doesn't adhere to
similar constraints: it includes qapi-types.h. That's in excess of
100KiB of crap most .c files don't actually need.
Add the typedef to qemu/typedefs.h, and include that instead of
qapi/error.h. Include qapi/error.h in .c files that need it and don't
get it now. Include qapi-types.h in qom/object.h for uint16List.
Update scripts/clean-includes accordingly. Update it further to match
reality: replace config.h by config-target.h, add sysemu/os-posix.h,
sysemu/os-win32.h. Update the list of includes in the qemu/osdep.h
comment quoted above similarly.
This reduces the number of objects depending on qapi/error.h from "all
of them" to less than a third. Unfortunately, the number depending on
qapi-types.h shrinks only a little. More work is needed for that one.

Both platform and PCI vfio drivers create a "slow", I/O memory region
with one or more mmap memory regions overlayed when supported by the
device. Generalize this to a set of common helpers in the core that
pulls the region info from vfio, fills the region data, configures
slow mapping, and adds helpers for comleting the mmap, enable/disable,
and teardown. This can be immediately used by the PCI MSI-X code,
which needs to mmap around the MSI-X vector table.
This also changes VFIORegion.mem to be dynamically allocated because
otherwise we don't know how the caller has allocated VFIORegion and
therefore don't know whether to unreference it to destroy the
MemoryRegion or not.

This patch allows the instantiation of the vfio-amd-xgbe device
from the QEMU command line (-device vfio-amd-xgbe,host="<device>").
The guest is exposed with a device tree node that combines the description
of both XGBE and PHY (representation supported from 4.2 onwards kernel):
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/net/amd-xgbe.txt.
There are 5 register regions, 6 interrupts including 4 optional
edge-sensitive per-channel interrupts.
Some property values are inherited from host device tree. Host device tree
must feature a combined XGBE/PHY representation (>= 4.2 host kernel).
2 clock nodes (dma and ptp) also are created. It is checked those clocks
are fixed on host side.
AMD XGBE node creation function has a dependency on vfio Linux header and
more generally node creation function for VFIO platform devices only make
sense with CONFIG_LINUX so let's protect this code with #ifdef CONFIG_LINUX.

Some passthrough'ed devices depend on clock nodes. Those need to be
generated in the guest device tree. This patch introduces some helpers
to build a clock node from information retrieved in the host device tree.
- copy_properties_from_host copies properties from a host device tree
node to a guest device tree node
- fdt_build_clock_node builds a guest clock node and checks the host
fellow clock is a fixed one.
fdt_build_clock_node will become static as soon as it gets used. A
dummy pre-declaration is needed for compilation of this patch.

This patch allows the instantiation of the vfio-calxeda-xgmac device
from the QEMU command line (-device vfio-calxeda-xgmac,host="<device>").
A specialized device tree node is created for the guest, containing
compat, dma-coherent, reg and interrupts properties.

This new C module will be used by ARM machine files to generate
platform bus node and their dynamic sysbus device tree nodes.
Dynamic sysbus device node addition is done in a machine init
done notifier. arm_register_platform_bus_fdt_creator does the
registration of this latter and is supposed to be called by
ARM machine files that support platform bus and their dynamic
sysbus. Addition of dynamic sysbus nodes is done only if the
user did not provide any dtb.
