This commit creates a new 'Miscellaneous' section which hosts a new
'Performance Tools and Tests' subsection. This subsection will contain
the the performance scripts and benchmarks written as a part of the
'TCG Continuous Benchmarking' project. Also, it will be a placeholder
for follow-ups to this project, if any.

Renesas hardware patches
- Add a common entry for Renesas hardware in MAINTAINERS
- Trivial SH4 cleanups
- Add RX GDB simulator from Yoshinori Sato
The Renesas RX target emulation was added in commit c8c35e5f51,
these patches complete the target by adding the hardware emulation.

Renesas peripherals are common to SH4/RX based MCUs. Their
datasheets share common sections. It makes sense to maintain
them altogether.
Add the uncovered UART SCI peripheral.
The current names are misleading (see the 'sh_' prefix).
In another series we will remove these peripherals with
the 'renesas_' prefix. Out of the scope of this change in
MAINTAINERS.

This patch adds a base for testing kernel boot recording and replaying.
Each test has the phase of recording and phase of replaying.
Virtual machines just boot the kernel and do not interact with
the network.
Structure and image links for the tests are borrowed from boot_linux_console.py
Testing controls the message pattern at the end of the kernel
boot for both record and replay modes. In replay mode QEMU is also
intended to finish the execution automatically.

Acceptance tests can test any piece of the QEMU codebase.
As such, the directory holding them does not belong to a specific
subsystem with designated maintainers.
Each subsystem covered by a test is welcomed to add the test path
to its section.
See for example commits 71b290e70, b11785ca2 or 5d480ddde.
Add an entry for to allow reviewers to be notified when acceptance /
integration tests are added or modified.
The designated reviewers are not maintainers, subsystem maintainers
are expected to merge their tests.

The Ibex core contains a PLIC that although similar to the RISC-V spec
is not RISC-V spec compliant.
This patch implements a Ibex PLIC in a somewhat generic way.
As the current RISC-V PLIC needs tidying up, my hope is that as the Ibex
PLIC move towards spec compliance this PLIC implementation can be
updated until it can replace the current PLIC.

This patch transfers sh4 sections to Yoshinori Sato, who is
best positioned in the community to assume sh4 maintainership.
He is the maintainer of the related target rx as well, which
means that some synergy between the two targets can be expected
in future.
Further adjustments, reorganizations, and improvements of sh4
sections are left to the future maintainer to be devised and
executed, as he deems suitable.
Aurelien and Magnus are deleted as maintainers in some sections
of the MAINTAINERS file with this patch. However, they will not
be deleted from QEMU Hall of Fame, where their names will always
remained carved in stone as QEMU pioneers and granddaddies.

There is now much more interest in the Gitlab-CI today, so it would be

I submitted the MIPS/fuloong2e support about ten years ago, and
after that I became a MIPS kernel developer. Last year, Philippe
Mathieu- Daudé asked me that whether I can be a reviewer of
MIPS/fuloong2e, and I promised that I will do some QEMU work in
the next year (i.e., 2020 and later). I think now (and also in
future) I can have some spare time, so I can finally do some real
work on QEMU/MIPS. And if possible, I hope I can be a co-maintainer
of MIPS/fuloong2e.

Upcoming patches want to add some basic bitmap manipulation abilities
to qemu-img. But blockdev.o is too heavyweight to link into qemu-img
(among other things, it would drag in block jobs and transaction
support - qemu-img does offline manipulation, where atomicity is less
important because there are no concurrent modifications to compete
with), so it's time to split off the bare bones of what we will need
into a new file block/monitor/bitmap-qmp-cmds.o.
This is sufficient to expose 6 QMP commands for use by qemu-img (add,
remove, clear, enable, disable, merge), as well as move the three
helper functions touched in the previous patch. Regarding
MAINTAINERS, the new file is automatically part of block core, but
also makes sense as related to other dirty bitmap files.

Dirty bitmaps are important to incremental backups, including exposure
over NBD where I'm already maintainer. Also, I'm aware that lately I
have been doing as much code/review on bitmaps as John Snow who is
trying to scale back in order to focus elsewhere; and many of the
recent patches have come from Vladimir, who is also interested in
taking on maintainer duties, but would like to start with
co-maintainership. Therefore, it's time to revamp the ownership of
this category, as agreed between the three of us.
