pixman/vnc: remove dead code.
Switching the vnc server framebuffer to use 32bpp unconditionally turns the code bits which handle 8 and 16 bpp into dead code. Remove them. Signed-off-by: Gerd Hoffmann <kraxel@redhat.com>
