egl-helpers: Support newer MESA versions
According to
https://www.khronos.org/registry/EGL/extensions/MESA/EGL_MESA_platform_gbm.txt
if MESA_platform_gbm is supported display should be initialized
from a GBM handle using eglGetPlatformDisplayEXT.
