Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/kevin/tags/for-upstream' into staging
Block layer patches:
- file-posix: Mitigate file fragmentation with extent size hints
- Tighten qemu-img rules on missing backing format
- qemu-img map: Don't limit block status request size
