Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/mst/tags/for_upstream' into staging
virtio,pc,acpi: fixes, tests
Fixes and tests all over the place.
Batch iommu updates for vdpa.
Removal of deprecated cpu hotplug commands.
SMBIOS OEM string support.
