target/mips: Fix big endian host behavior for interleave MSA instructions
Fix big endian host behavior for interleave MSA instructions. Previous fix used TARGET_WORDS_BIGENDIAN instead of HOST_WORDS_BIGENDIAN, which was a mistake.
