target/mips/tx79: Introduce PCEQ* opcodes (Parallel Compare for Equal)
Introduce the 'Parallel Compare for Equal' opcodes:
- PCEQB (Parallel Compare for Equal Byte)
- PCEQH (Parallel Compare for Equal Halfword)
- PCEQW (Parallel Compare for Equal Word)
