armv7m: add state for v7M CCR, CFSR, HFSR, DFSR, MMFAR, BFAR
Add the structure fields, VMState fields, reset code and macros for
the v7M system control registers CCR, CFSR, HFSR, DFSR, MMFAR and
BFAR.
