target-arm: A64: Implement remaining 3-same instructions
Implement the remaining instructions in the SIMD 3-reg-same
and scalar-3-reg-same groups: FMULX, FRECPS, FRSQRTS, FACGE,
FACGT, FMLA and FMLS.
