linux-user: arm: handle CPSR.E correctly in strex emulation
Now that CPSR.E is set correctly, prepare for when setend will be able

SCTLR.B, CPSR.E and TARGET_WORDS_BIGENDIAN (we do not have the luxury
of using TCGMemOps).
