target/hppa: Update to SeaBIOS-hppa version 10
Enhancements:
- Initial support for 64-bit CPUs with Astro/Elroy (e.g. C3700
workstation)
- USB support (OHCI)
- better PCI support
- esp-scsi fixes from Mark Cave-Ayland <mark.cave-ayland@ilande.co.uk>
