ppc patch queue 2020-10-09

Here's the next set of ppc related patches for qemu-5.2.  There are
two main things here:

* Cleanups to error handling in spapr from Greg Kurz
* Improvements to NUMA handling for spapr from Daniel Barboza

There are also a handful of other bugfixes.
