migration: Remove RDMA_UNREGISTRATION_EXAMPLE
Nobody has ever showed up to unregister individual pages, and another set of patches written by Daniel P. Berrangé <berrange@redhat.com> just remove qemu_rdma_signal_unregister() function needed here.
