Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/kevin/tags/for-upstream' into staging
Block layer patches:
- Introduce real BdrvChildRole
- blk/bdrv_make_empty() functions instead of calling callbacks directly
- mirror: Make sure that source and target size match
