usb: hcd-dwc2: change assert()s to qemu_log_mask(LOG_GUEST_ERROR...)
Change several assert()s to qemu_log_mask(LOG_GUEST_ERROR...), to prevent the guest from causing Qemu to assert. Also fix up several existing qemu_log_mask()s to include the function name in the message.
