hw/arm/virt-acpi-build: Don't incorrectly claim architectural timer to be edge-triggered
This is the ACPI equivalent to "hw/arm/virt: Don't incorrectly claim architectural timer to be edge-triggered" which fixes the DT for machine types 2.9 and later.
