pci: introduce FMT_PCIBUS for printf format for pcibus_t.
This patch is preliminary for 64bit BAR.
Later pcibus_t will be changed from uint32_t to uint64_t.
Introduce FMT_PCIBUS for printf format for pcibus_t.
