Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/awilliam/tags/vfio-update-20150302.0' into staging
Updates for QEMU 2.3-rc0:
- Error reporting and static cleanup (Alexey Kardashevskiy)
- Runtime mmap disable for tracing (Samuel Pitoiset)
