Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/mst/tags/for_upstream' into staging
virtio,acpi,pci: features, fixes, cleanups, tests Max slots negotiation for vhost-user. Free page reporting for balloon. Partial TPM2 ACPI support for ARM.
