scsi: Assign cancel_io vector for scsi_disk_emulate_ops
Some emulated disk operations (MODE SELECT, UNMAP, WRITE SAME) can trigger asynchronous I/Os. Provide the cancel_io callback to ensure that AIOCBs are properly cleaned up.
