ppc/pnv: move nest_regs[] to PnvPHB4
stack->nest_regs[] is used in several XSCOM functions and it's one of the main culprits of having to deal with stack->phb pointers around the code. Sure, we're having to add 2 extra stack->phb pointers to ease nest_regs[] migration to PnvPHB4. They'll be dealt with shortly.
