configure: Add CONFIG_QEMU_LDST_OPTIMIZATION for TCG qemu_ld/st optimization
Enable CONFIG_QEMU_LDST_OPTIMIZATION for TCG qemu_ld/st optimization only when
a host is i386 or x86_64.
