Remove SP_CFLAGS and SP_LDFLAGS
SP_CFLAGS and SP_LDFLAGS are only used as initial values for ARCH_CFLAGS/ARCH_LDFLAGS. Call it directly ARCH_*. Once there, use the same indentantion that the rest of the file
